Tennessee Valley Homes Takes Judges' Award for "Best of Show".
Franklin, Tenn. - The 2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes� at Stream Valley began in grand fashion as over 1,000 Preview Party guests made their way to the ParkTrust development to enjoy the night's festivities and tour the six fantastic Parade homes.

The evening of food, fun and music led up to the announcement of the Parade of Homes� Judges' Awards, with Tennessee Valley Homes garnering eight awards, including "Best of Show," "Best Interior Decorating," "Best Specialty Wall Treatment," "Best Draperies," "Best Home Theater," "Best Outdoor Living Area," "Best Master Suite," and "Best Foyer."

Legend Homes came away with the awards for "Best Child's Room" and "Most Livable." Colonnade Custom Homes was awarded "Best Kitchen" and "Best Floor Plan." The Judges' Awards for "Best Craftsmanship" and "Best Audio/Video (technical)" went to Design Gallery Homes by Drees. RiverBirch Homes won for "Best Front Elevation," and Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes took the award for "Best Landscaping."

2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes� Presented annually by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, the 2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes� at Stream Valley is open to the public and runs through October 28, with the homes open daily from 11am until 8pm. Admission is $14 for adults and children 12 and under are free. A $2-off weekday coupon is available at all Middle Tennessee Bank of America banking centers.
