Goodall Homes and Communities is announcing the appointment of Shalon Alvis to the position of Online New Home Consultant. Alvis, a Nashville-area native, has over fourteen years of sales and customer service experience, including three years of real estate experience.
This new position enables potential home buyers to have direct contact with the developer through the company website, thereby giving them immediate answers to their questions about a specific community. Alvis utilizes her knowledge of all of the Goodall Homes and Communities to educate the customers and realtors on the assets of each community and matches the buyer's needs and desires to the appropriate communities. She sets appointments for the potential buyers to visit the communities, and assists the buyer during closings.
