The Jones Company is now beginning to build in the Wade's Grove community in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Wade's Grove is a large development with more than 700 homes in a master-planned community. Currently, The Jones Company plans to build on 50 of these home sites.
The Jones Company homes within Wade's Grove will be from the Hometown Cottage Collection which will feature updated floor plans for the modern growing family, and historically-inspired exterior designs with four sides bricked. There are several master-down plans, and optional basements available on some home sites. The homes will range in size from 2300-2900 square feet and prices begin in the $220s.
The Hometown Cottage Collection offers large family rooms, bonus rooms, oversized bedrooms, and walk-in closets. The model home for this community is scheduled to be completed around the first of February. Until then, the Hometown collection can be viewed at Bent Creek in Nolensville and Normandy Heights in Mt. Juliet.
The community is conveniently located within minutes of major retail and restaurant options."Spring Hill is such a great fit for the homes we build," said Richard Chapman, The Jones Company president. "Our Hometown Cottage Collection is perfect for growing families who want to make sure they're making a good investment of their dollars and want to be within the Williamson County school zone."
Wade's Grove is located off Buckner Lane, which is a few short miles from I-65. Students are zoned for Chapman's Retreat Elementary School, Heritage Middle School and Independence High School.
